JX Truck Center is Hiring a Transfer Driver (On Call Day Shift) Near Rockford, IL
Job Purpose
The Transfer Driver will shuttle trucks from branch to branch or from branch to customer. Adherence to DOT regulations and safety protocol is required.
Pay: $18.70/hr
Shift: On Call Day Shift between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Shuttle trucks from Branch to Branch or Branch to customer.
- Pre-trip Truck Inspections
- Follow all DOT regulations.
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have two (2) years safe driving record.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot the flow of traffic and road conditions.
- Must be insurable by insurance company.
- Have a valid Commercial Driver’s License required. (CDL)
